We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our ground operations team as Airline Ground Staff in Peniscola. This crucial role ensures the smooth and safe operation of flights, providing essential support to passengers and flight crews. You will be the face of Vueling, assisting travellers with a friendly and professional demeanor, and playing a vital part in maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for effective communication with our diverse international clientele and flight personnel.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage drop-off, and general inquiries.
• Guide passengers through security, customs, and immigration processes.
• Coordinate boarding and disembarkation procedures, ensuring timely departures.
• Manage baggage handling operations, including loading, unloading, and reconciliation.
• Communicate effectively with flight crews, air traffic control, and other ground staff.
• Respond to passenger queries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
• Prepare necessary documentation for flight departures.

• Valid driving license (B category)
