We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Butler / Household Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the seamless running of a prestigious private residence in Sant Feliu de Guixols, Catalonia. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, discreet, and proactive professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role requires an individual who can manage staff, coordinate various services, and maintain the household to impeccable standards.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the private residence, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule household staff (housekeepers, gardeners, etc.).
• Manage household budgets, inventories, and procurement of supplies.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
• Act as a personal assistant to the principals, handling various requests and appointments.
• Organize and execute private events, dinner parties, and guest hospitality.
• Ensure security protocols and confidentiality are strictly maintained.
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports as required.
• Manage wine cellars and oversee fine dining service.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler or Household Manager in a private residence.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in household budgeting and inventory management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Discretion, trustworthiness, and a professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license.
