We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Chalet Host Assistant to join our team for the winter season in beautiful Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to providing outstanding guest experiences. You will support the Senior Chalet Host in all aspects of chalet operation, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable holiday.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Assist with daily breakfast preparation and service, ensuring high standards of presentation.
  • Support in the preparation and serving of evening meals, adhering to dietary requirements and guest preferences.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the chalet, including guest rooms, common areas, and kitchen.
  • Help with grocery shopping and inventory management, ensuring the chalet is well-stocked.
  • Provide friendly and efficient guest service, responding to requests and inquiries promptly.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including bed linen and towels.
  • Support the Senior Chalet Host with administrative tasks and guest liaison.
  • Ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all guests.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Basic cooking skills and a passion for food preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
  • Food hygiene certification.
  • Full clean driving license.
