We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur / Driver to provide exceptional transportation services for English-speaking VIP clients in Cartagena and the broader Region of Murcia. This role requires impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, discretion, and an outstanding command of the English language. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and privacy of our high-profile passengers, delivering a superior level of service that reflects Blacklane’s reputation for excellence.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely and efficiently transport VIP clients to various destinations, including airports, hotels, business meetings, and private events.
• Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality before and after each trip.
• Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, demonstrating excellent time management and route planning skills.
• Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous support as needed.
• Ensure client confidentiality and privacy at all times, upholding the highest standards of discretion.
• Communicate effectively in English with VIP clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Stay informed about local traffic conditions, road closures, and alternative routes to ensure timely arrivals.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Represent Blacklane with professionalism and a polished appearance.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid Spanish driving license (Class B or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur experience, ideally with VIP or executive clients.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) for clear and effective communication with clients.
• Excellent knowledge of the Cartagena and Murcia road networks.
• Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
• Strong understanding of luxury vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a discreet, professional demeanor.
• Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience with advanced driver training or defensive driving courses.
• Knowledge of an additional language (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
• Familiarity with luxury hotels and key locations in the Region of Murcia.
• First Aid certification.
