Are you passionate about the aroma of freshly roasted coffee and eager to learn the craft from the ground up? Cafés La Brasileña is looking for a dedicated Coffee Roastery Helper to join our team in Alcalá de Henares. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in coffee roasting, as full, comprehensive training will be provided. You will work alongside experienced roasters, learning every stage of the coffee production process, from green bean reception to packaging and quality control. Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist senior roasters with the preparation and execution of coffee roasting cycles.
• Learn and perform duties related to green bean handling, including weighing, sorting, and loading into roasters.
• Monitor roasting equipment under supervision, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Help with post-roast processes such as cooling, de-stoning, and transferring roasted beans.
• Support the packaging and labeling of finished coffee products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the roastery floor, equipment, and storage areas.
• Adhere to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required, including inventory assistance and material handling.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 kg regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Basic communication skills in Spanish.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environment (not mandatory, but a plus).
