Responsabilidades Clave

  • Assist Customer Success Managers in managing client accounts and relationships.
  • Help with onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth adoption of Salesforce products.
  • Monitor customer health and identify potential risks or opportunities for engagement.
  • Support in preparing customer presentations, reports, and business reviews.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer success skills.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • A keen interest in technology, particularly SaaS and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Basic understanding of customer success principles.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in additional languages, especially Catalan.
  • Previous internship or project experience in a customer-facing role.
