Responsabilidades Clave
- Assist Customer Success Managers in managing client accounts and relationships.
- Help with onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth adoption of Salesforce products.
- Monitor customer health and identify potential risks or opportunities for engagement.
- Support in preparing customer presentations, reports, and business reviews.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer success skills.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A keen interest in technology, particularly SaaS and CRM platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of customer success principles.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Fluency in additional languages, especially Catalan.
