Responsabilidades Clave

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide detailed product information and styling advice.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
