Join UNICEF Comité Español as a Fundraiser / Charity Worker focused on dynamic campaigns in Barcelona. You will be a vital part of our team, engaging directly with the public, businesses, and communities to inspire support and secure crucial donations for our life-changing programs. Responsabilidades Clave

• Engage with the public in face-to-face settings to promote UNICEF's mission and secure regular donations.
• Participate in various fundraising campaigns and events across Barcelona and surrounding areas.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate the impact of UNICEF's work and the urgency of child protection and development.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and data in accordance with privacy policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising targets and campaign objectives.
• Undergo continuous training and development to enhance fundraising techniques and knowledge of UNICEF's programs.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to persuade and influence others positively.
• High level of empathy and a genuine passion for humanitarian causes.
• Resilience and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and conversational Catalan (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
