We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Hemp Harvesting Assistants – Field Laborers. This is a seasonal, contract position based in Seville, Spain. You will play a crucial role in the timely and efficient harvesting of our industrial hemp crops, working outdoors and contributing to the initial stages of processing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual harvesting of hemp plants using various tools and techniques.
• Assist with the transportation of harvested materials from the field to drying facilities.
• Support the drying, curing, and initial processing stages of the hemp crop.
• Operate and maintain basic agricultural equipment and tools responsibly.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the fields and processing areas.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agricultural labor, landscaping, or similar outdoor physical work.
• Basic understanding of plant handling or harvesting techniques.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate in basic Spanish is a plus.
