TUI Group is seeking enthusiastic Holiday Reps and Resort Entertainers to join our dynamic teams in the beautiful sunny destination of La Cala de Mijas, Spain. You’ll be the face of TUI, ensuring our guests have an exceptional holiday experience, from providing essential information and assistance to organizing fun-filled activities and entertainment. Responsabilidades Clave

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in processes, providing essential resort and local area information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Organize and lead a variety of daily and evening entertainment programs and activities for guests of all ages.
• Promote and sell excursions, events, and other resort services, meeting sales targets where applicable.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during activities, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Conduct welcome meetings and information sessions, keeping guests informed about local attractions and services.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping accurately.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of TUI at all times.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or entertainment role
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish or German
• Experience working with children or leading group activities
• Basic first aid certification
