Are you a vibrant, energetic, and customer-focused individual with a passion for travel and entertainment? TUI is looking for enthusiastic Holiday Reps and Resort Entertainers to join our teams in beautiful resorts, offering unforgettable experiences to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work abroad, with the added benefit of flight and accommodation included. You will be the face of TUI, ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable holiday from arrival to departure. Your role will involve a mix of customer service, problem-solving, and leading engaging activities for all ages.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in processes.
• Conduct welcome meetings and provide essential information about the resort and local area.
• Be the primary point of contact for guests, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Organise and lead a diverse range of entertainment activities for adults and children, including games, sports, and evening shows.
• Promote and sell TUI excursions and additional services, enhancing the guest experience.
• Manage and maintain entertainment equipment and venues, ensuring safety and quality.
• Provide airport assistance for arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transfers.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving service quality.
• Work collaboratively with hotel staff and other TUI teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Comply with all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (other languages a plus).
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable performing in front of an audience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing working hours and environments.
• A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional holiday experiences.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or entertainment role.
• Fluency in Spanish or German is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with children or leading group activities.
• First Aid certification.
• A valid driver's license.
