We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team in Sarria-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona. This specialized role involves providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within properties primarily serving our expat client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills in English, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service to a discerning international clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal climate control and indoor air quality, responding to service requests, and performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure client comfort.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and testing components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions for various types of equipment.
• Execute repairs, replacements, and installations of HVAC components and complete systems.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs from expat clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, parts used, and system performance.
• Educate clients on proper HVAC system operation and energy-saving practices.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other technicians and facilities staff to ensure integrated service delivery.
• Provide clear and professional communication in English with expat clients regarding technical issues and solutions.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
• Vocational degree or certification in HVAC technology
• Strong knowledge of various HVAC systems (e.g., split systems, VRF, chillers, boilers)
• Proficiency in diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with expat clients

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• F-Gas certification
• Experience with building management systems (BMS)
• Knowledge of Spanish (written and verbal)
• Prior experience serving international or high-end residential/commercial clients
• Additional certifications in specific HVAC technologies or safety
