We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaper / Gardener to join our property maintenance team in Los Alcázares. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our luxury villa gardens and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure all outdoor areas are immaculate and thriving. You will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, ensuring their gardens reflect the quality and elegance associated with our brand.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform regular garden maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, weeding, and watering of lawns, plants, and hedges.
• Plant and cultivate new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal needs and property aesthetic guidelines.
• Monitor the health of plants and apply appropriate treatments for pests or diseases.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment, ensuring tools are in good working order and stored safely.
• Manage irrigation systems, making adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure outdoor areas, including patios and pathways, are kept clean and tidy.
• Report any significant issues or repair needs to the property management team.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices in all gardening activities.
• Provide advice on garden improvements and contribute to long-term landscape planning.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Landscaper or Gardener, preferably in luxury residential or commercial settings.
• Solid knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and common gardening techniques.
• Ability to operate various landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Valid Spanish driving license and ability to travel between properties in the Los Alcázares area.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal qualification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
• Experience with irrigation system installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of local flora and climate-appropriate planting in the Murcia region.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
