We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing international start-up division in Puerto de Mazarrón. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operational activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across various international projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving efficiency in a fast-paced global environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping our operational strategies and contributing to our ambitious growth objectives.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage and optimize daily operational workflows and processes for international projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of operational strategies.
• Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance operational capabilities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and presentations for senior management.

• Proven experience in operations management (minimum 4 years), preferably in a logistics, supply chain, or international business context.
