Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual harvesting of peppers and other seasonal vegetables according to quality standards and efficiency targets.
• Sort, grade, and package harvested produce directly in the field.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely.
• Assist with general farm duties, including planting, weeding, irrigation, and crop care as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and food hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily production goals.
