We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our agricultural team as Plum Tomato Pickers. This essential role involves the careful harvesting of ripe plum tomatoes, ensuring high quality and efficient yield. Working outdoors in an agricultural setting, you will be an integral part of our production cycle, contributing directly to the delivery of fresh produce. Responsabilidades Clave

• Manually pick ripe plum tomatoes from plants, ensuring minimal damage and optimal quality.
• Sort and grade harvested tomatoes according to size, color, and condition.
• Place picked tomatoes into designated crates or containers, following specific packing instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the fields.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and agricultural best practices.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Report any plant health issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
