Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead groups on exciting pub crawls through various venues in Alicante.
• Engage and entertain participants, ensuring a fun and safe environment.
• Promote upcoming events and encourage sign-ups for future crawls.
• Manage group logistics, including timely movement between venues.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records for commission.
• Build positive relationships with venue staff and participants.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts professionally and efficiently.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic personality.
• Ability to manage and lead groups effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a bonus).
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in hospitality, event promotion, or customer service.
• Knowledge of Alicante's nightlife scene.
• Ability to speak Spanish or other European languages.
• First Aid certification.
