We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote IT Project Manager with a strong background in technology delivery to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Remote IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within the established scope. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive successful project outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams, clients, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and kept up-to-date.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus on technology delivery (minimum 4 years).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
