We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic B2B Sales team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location within Spain. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by identifying, qualifying, and creating new sales opportunities for our Account Executives. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and articulating the value of HubSpot’s solutions to address their business challenges. Responsabilidades Clave
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with HubSpot's solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot CRM).
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Continuously learn about HubSpot products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Habilidades Requeridas
- 1+ year of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to articulate value propositions and handle objections effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and grow a career in sales.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Experience with HubSpot's platform or similar marketing/sales automation tools.
- Proficiency in additional European languages, particularly Spanish or German.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in selling to SMB or Mid-Market businesses.
