We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Roma Tomato Laborers to join our farming team in Reus, Catalonia. This role is essential to our operations, focusing on the cultivation, harvesting, and initial processing of Roma tomatoes. Successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks ensuring the health of our crops and the quality of our harvest. This is an on-site position requiring physical stamina and a commitment to agricultural best practices. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual tasks related to the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of Roma tomatoes.
• Carefully pick ripe tomatoes, ensuring minimal damage and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist with irrigation, weeding, and pest control activities.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision.
• Sort and pack harvested tomatoes for transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and around the farm.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Follow instructions from farm supervisors and team leaders.
