We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Rye Harvest Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza. This is a temporary, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to work outdoors, gain hands-on agricultural experience, and contribute to our essential farming operations. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the manual harvesting of rye crops, following established procedures.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision (training provided).
• Sort, clean, and package harvested rye according to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the fields and surrounding work areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the farm team to ensure efficient harvest operations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Basic understanding of English or Spanish for communication.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agriculture or farm work (not required but a plus).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate basic farm machinery (training provided, but prior exposure is beneficial).
