Join our dedicated agricultural team as a Soybean Harvest Helper – Farm Operative. This temporary, full-time position is crucial for our upcoming soybean harvest season. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to soybean harvesting, ensuring efficiency and quality from field to storage. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork in an outdoor, agricultural environment. While based in Porto Alegre, work will involve travel to nearby farm sites within the region.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and assist with various farm machinery for soybean harvesting, including tractors and harvesters, under supervision.
• Perform manual tasks such as clearing fields, collecting stray crops, and sorting harvested soybeans.
• Load and unload harvested soybeans onto trucks and into storage facilities.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of farm equipment and tools.
• Monitor crop quality during the harvest process and report any issues.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the farm team to ensure timely and efficient harvest completion.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
