Live Nation España is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stagehands / Event Riggers to join our team for concert setups and teardowns in La Zenia and surrounding areas. This is an incredible opportunity to be at the heart of the live entertainment industry, working directly on major concert productions. We offer comprehensive training, making this an excellent entry-level role for those eager to learn and grow within the technical production field. You will be responsible for the physical setup and breakdown of stages, rigging equipment, lighting, sound, and other production elements, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks containing stage equipment, sound systems, lighting rigs, and other production materials.
• Participate in the assembly and disassembly of stages, truss structures, and other event infrastructure.
• Help with the installation and positioning of audio, video, and lighting equipment under supervision.
• Learn and apply safe rigging practices for suspending equipment according to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during setup and teardown phases.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the production team, technical crew, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for event schedules.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions precisely.
• Basic understanding of tools and mechanical aptitude.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., construction, warehouse, general labor) is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with concert or event production terminology.
• Basic knowledge of rigging principles or safety standards.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• First Aid certification.
