We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Tarragon Harvest Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to contributing to the production of premium-quality herbs. As a Tarragon Harvest Worker, you will be an essential part of our field operations, ensuring that our tarragon is harvested, sorted, and prepared for processing according to our rigorous quality standards. Full training will be provided.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Carefully harvest tarragon crops by hand, following specific guidelines to ensure quality and minimize waste.
• Sort and clean harvested herbs, removing any debris or unsuitable plant material.
• Assist with the packaging of fresh tarragon into designated containers.
• Transport harvested herbs from the field to the processing area.
• Participate in general field maintenance tasks as required, such as weeding, irrigation support, and bed preparation.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, if trained and necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields and processing stations.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and care.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work for extended periods in various weather conditions (heat, sun, light rain).
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of English or Spanish for communication with team leaders.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agricultural work, particularly in herb or vegetable harvesting (not required, but a plus).
• Familiarity with basic farm safety procedures.
• Ability to speak conversational Spanish.
