We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Turmeric Harvesting Operatives to join our agricultural team in Lloret de Mar. This role is essential for the successful cultivation and harvesting of our turmeric crops. As an operative, you will be involved in various aspects of farm work, primarily focusing on the manual harvesting of turmeric rhizomes, ensuring quality and efficiency. This is a physically demanding role performed outdoors, requiring resilience and a strong work ethic. No prior experience is strictly necessary, as full training will be provided.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual harvesting of turmeric rhizomes using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Sort and grade harvested turmeric according to quality standards.
• Assist with washing, cleaning, and initial processing of turmeric.
• Package turmeric for storage and transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the harvesting areas and equipment.
• Participate in general farm duties as required, including planting, weeding, and irrigation.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on the farm.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
