We are seeking an accomplished and visionary VP of Sales to lead our sales division in the Spanish market, based in Girona. This strategic role is critical for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets.   • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology sector.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, developing, and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish market dynamics and business landscape.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
