We are seeking a talented and motivated Instructional Designer with a strong command of English to join our dynamic educational content team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences for a variety of audiences, primarily focused on English-language content. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, multimedia specialists, and educators to transform complex information into clear, compelling, and measurable learning solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about education and leveraging innovative instructional strategies.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective learning content, courses, and programs using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, audience needs, and content requirements.
• Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct English content for various learning modalities, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
• Create storyboards, scripts, job aids, assessments, and other instructional materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and iterate designs based on feedback and data.
• Stay current with instructional design trends, learning technologies, and adult learning principles.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Provide guidance and feedback on content structure and presentation to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level).
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Ability to analyze learning needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a corporate learning environment or educational publishing.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Basic graphic design or multimedia skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
