We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nutmeg Tree Assistant to join our specialized tropical farming division in Alicante. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about agriculture and eager to learn about the cultivation of exotic crops. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the health and productivity of our nutmeg trees, contributing to all stages of the growing process from planting to harvest.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the planting, care, and maintenance of nutmeg trees, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning.
• Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies and report findings to supervisors.
• Participate in the harvesting and initial processing of nutmeg fruit.
• Help maintain farm cleanliness and organization, including equipment and work areas.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision.
• Record data related to plant growth, yields, and environmental conditions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Basic understanding of agricultural practices or a strong willingness to learn.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English or Spanish.
• Reliable and punctual.
