We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team in Vinaros. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of parcels to customers within an assigned daily route. This is a crucial position for ensuring our customers receive their packages promptly and with a positive experience. You will operate a company vehicle and interact directly with our valued customers, representing Correos Express with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely and efficiently operate a company delivery vehicle on assigned daily routes.
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring proper handling and care of all packages.
• Deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers within specified time windows.
• Verify delivery details and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with recipients.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and daily logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customer service teams regarding delivery status or issues.
• Handle cash or payment transactions when required.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid Class B driving license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and route navigation abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying delivery schedules and workloads.
• Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery applications.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in parcel delivery or courier services.
• Familiarity with the Vinaros area and surrounding regions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish; basic English is a plus.
