We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lettuce Farm Assistant to join our team in Verona. You will be instrumental in the daily operations of our lettuce cultivation, ensuring high-quality produce from planting to harvest. Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of various lettuce varieties.
• Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and report findings to the farm manager.
• Perform irrigation tasks, ensuring optimal water levels for healthy growth.
• Help with general farm maintenance, including weeding, soil preparation, and greenhouse upkeep.
• Operate small farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Follow strict food safety and quality control protocols.
• Support the packing and preparation of harvested produce for distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
