We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Anise Farm Helper to join our agricultural support team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sustainable farming practices and contribute to the cultivation and harvesting of anise. You will work under the guidance of experienced farm managers, assisting with various tasks essential for the health and productivity of our anise crops. Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with planting, weeding, watering, and general maintenance of anise crops.
• Prepare fields and planting areas, including soil amendment and bed formation.
• Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies, reporting findings to supervisors.
• Participate in the harvesting and post-harvest handling of anise, ensuring product quality.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Perform general farm duties such as clearing debris, fence repair, and facility upkeep.
• Follow all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
