Are you looking for a unique opportunity to work outdoors, learn about agriculture, and contribute to the production of high-quality ingredients for one of Spain’s leading breweries? Mahou San Miguel is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Hop Harvesting Assistants for the upcoming seasonal harvest. This is a hands-on role where you will be directly involved in the crucial initial stages of hop production. You will work alongside experienced agricultural professionals, gaining valuable insight into the cultivation and harvesting of hops, an essential component in brewing our beloved beers. This temporary position offers a chance to experience rural life and be part of a dedicated team in a picturesque agricultural setting. While administrative coordination and onboarding will be handled from our office in Sarria-Sant Gervasi, Barcelona, the primary work will be conducted on our hop farms located in rural agricultural regions of Spain. Successful candidates will be provided with transportation from a designated Barcelona meeting point to the farm sites, and accommodation options can be discussed.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Hand-picking hops from bines with care to ensure quality.
• Assisting with the operation and maintenance of harvesting machinery.
• Sorting and preparing hops for transport to processing facilities.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the harvesting area.
• Following all safety protocols and agricultural guidelines.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
