We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Alfalfa Field Worker to join our farm support team in Lloret de Mar. This role is crucial for the cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of our alfalfa crops, ensuring their health and productivity. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of field work, contributing to the overall success of our agricultural operations. This is an on-site position requiring manual labor and a commitment to agricultural best practices.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual labor related to alfalfa cultivation, including planting, weeding, and irrigation.
• Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the harvesting of alfalfa, including cutting, baling, and loading.
• Monitor crop health and report any signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Participate in general farm maintenance, such as fence repair, tidying fields, and equipment cleaning.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and farm supervisors.
• Support other farm activities as needed during peak seasons or specific projects.

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of agricultural practices or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and farm equipment.
