We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Solar Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Puerto de Mazarrón, Murcia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of solar energy projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in solar PV, and exceptional project management skills. As a key member of our international team, fluency in English is an absolute requirement for effective communication with global stakeholders and documentation.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage all aspects of solar PV projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as external contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, components, and installation processes.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for international project coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Solid understanding of project financial management and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Renewable Energy preferred).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with regulatory permitting processes in Spain or similar European regions.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with H&S regulations in construction/energy sector.
