We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Solar Project Manager with a strong engineering background to join our dynamic team in Poblenou, Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, from conception and design through construction, commissioning, and handover. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage solar PV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee the engineering design process, ensuring technical specifications and standards are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new solar projects.
• Manage procurement processes for materials and services, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety, environmental, and construction regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project reports and present updates to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in managing solar PV projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology, design, and installation processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or project management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with grid connection requirements and regulatory frameworks in Spain.
• Knowledge of energy storage systems (ESS) integration.
• Proficiency in Catalan.
