Join Mercadona’s dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Picker/Packer in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. This role offers flexible shifts, allowing you to balance work with your personal life. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring products are ready for dispatch to our stores. Responsabilidades Clave

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse stock, following specified procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
• Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and dispatch goals.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 15-20 kg repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (not mandatory).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Basic knowledge of Spanish and/or Catalan.
• Valid driver's license.
