Agrocat S.C.C.L. is seeking a diligent and motivated Soybean Harvest Helper – Farm Operative to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Vilanova i la Geltrú. This temporary role is crucial to our success, involving a variety of tasks related to the efficient and safe harvesting of our soybean crops. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to contribute to a productive agricultural environment. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in agricultural operations.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of various farm machinery and equipment used in soybean harvesting (e.g., tractors, combines, trailers).
• Perform manual labor tasks such as clearing fields, sorting crops, and loading/unloading produce.
• Monitor crop quality during harvest and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines on the farm.
• Participate in general farm upkeep and cleaning activities as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve harvest targets efficiently.
