We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Habanero Helper – Farm Operative to join our agricultural team in Puerto de Sagunto. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about agriculture, eager to learn, and comfortable with hands-on farm work. You will play a crucial role in the cultivation and care of our premium habanero pepper crops, contributing to the success of our harvests and the quality of our produce.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of habanero peppers and other horticultural crops.
• Perform general farm duties including weeding, pruning, and soil preparation.
• Monitor crop health, identifying and reporting signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support irrigation systems management and water application.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all farm safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the farm management team to achieve production goals.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 25kg.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion.
