As a Change Management Specialist at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in guiding organizations through complex transformations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and activities that minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement. Your expertise will ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures, ultimately delivering sustainable business outcomes for our diverse clients across various industries.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to identify potential resistance points and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and execute communication plans, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information to all affected parties.
• Create and deliver training programs to enable successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees throughout the change journey.
• Monitor change adoption rates and gather feedback to refine strategies and ensure desired outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Utilize change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to drive structured approaches.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in change management roles within large organizations or consulting environments.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prosci certification or similar change management accreditation.
• Experience with agile transformation projects.
• Sector-specific experience (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector, Health, Retail).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
