We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Circuit Board Sorter to join our team in Marbella. In this role, you will be crucial in the initial stages of our electronics recycling and refurbishment process. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously sort and categorize various types of circuit boards and electronic components based on specific criteria, ensuring precision and accuracy. This position requires excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to follow strict guidelines to maintain the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Carefully inspect and identify different types of circuit boards and electronic components.
• Sort materials according to established categories, material types, and company standards.
• Operate basic hand tools to separate components when necessary, following safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Accurately record sorting data and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sorting techniques and knowledge.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify minute differences.
• High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Basic understanding of electronic components (e.g., resistors, capacitors) is a plus.
• Good organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 5 kg).
