We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Success Manager to join our rapidly growing international tech start-up team in Abando, Bilbao. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our product offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business objectives and guiding them through their journey with our platform. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, and identify how our solutions can best support them.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition and adoption of our platform.
- Monitor client health, identify potential risks or opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure client retention and growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, share best practices, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address client needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
- Provide product training and guidance to clients as needed, empowering them to fully leverage our platform's capabilities.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze client data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients at various organizational levels.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., French, German).
- Experience working with international clients or in a global team.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
