We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. In this exciting agency role, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of social media and a keen interest in the evolving influencer landscape to grow their career within a leading global agency. You will work closely with account managers, creative teams, and directly with influencers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the identification, vetting, and outreach to relevant influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on client briefs and campaign objectives.
• Support the negotiation of contracts and terms with influencers and talent agencies, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Coordinate content creation and approval processes, liaising between influencers and client teams to ensure content aligns with campaign strategy and deadlines.
• Monitor influencer campaign performance, track key metrics, and gather data for comprehensive reporting.
• Contribute to the development of campaign strategies, brainstorming creative concepts and identifying emerging trends in influencer marketing.
• Manage influencer relationships, fostering positive and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain detailed records of influencer activities, campaign progress, and budget allocations.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and post-campaign analysis reports.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) and their analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing principles and current industry trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience (6-12 months) in marketing, social media, or a creative agency.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, HypeAuditor).
• Experience in content creation or an understanding of creative asset development for social media.
