We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our international distribution center team in Girona, Catalonia. In this pivotal role, you will support the efficient flow of goods, manage inventory, and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of shipments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a global logistics leader and contribute to critical international supply chain operations.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of inbound and outbound international shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including customs declarations and waybills.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory movement.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch as needed.
• Generate reports on logistics activities and performance metrics.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs documentation.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
• Relevant certification in logistics or supply chain management.
