Descripción del Trabajo
As a Partnership Manager – Business Development at Salesforce, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth and market expansion in the EMEA region, with a specific focus on the Spanish market. You will work closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure partner success and alignment with Salesforce’s strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and partner management.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including ISVs, SIs, and channel partners, that complement Salesforce's offerings.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies and go-to-market plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from initial contact and negotiation to ongoing support and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to enable partners to effectively sell and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor partner performance, provide regular business reviews, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience in business development, alliance management, or partner sales within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of CRM, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and partnership goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Previous experience working for a global technology company.
- Familiarity with the Spanish and broader EMEA market dynamics.
