We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Scrum Master to join our dynamic and distributed team. This is a 100% remote position, requiring strong communication skills and a passion for agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding our development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the effective application of Scrum principles. You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach team members and stakeholders on agile practices to maximize productivity and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the product backlog.
• Remove impediments to the team’s progress, actively seeking solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
• Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.
• Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
• Ensure all necessary reports and metrics are accurate and up-to-date.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Advanced Scrum Master certification (A-CSM, PSM II).
• Experience working with global or multi-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
