We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Woodworking Shop Assistant to join our team in Marbella. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of woodworking, shop operations, and material handling within a professional manufacturing environment. You will support our skilled craftsmen and play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our woodworking section, assisting with various tasks from material preparation to final product assembly. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist skilled woodworkers with various tasks, including cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing wood components.
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and work areas to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, moving them safely within the shop.
• Operate basic woodworking machinery and hand tools under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.
• Learn and apply quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with packing and preparing finished products for shipment.

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
