We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business English Trainer to join our team in San Antonio. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to corporate clients, focusing on practical business communication skills. You will work with professionals from diverse industries, tailoring lessons to meet their specific needs, enhance their professional English proficiency, and build their confidence in a global business environment. This position requires a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of business contexts, and the ability to inspire and motivate adult learners.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct engaging and interactive Business English training sessions for corporate clients, both virtually and on-site at client locations within San Antonio.
• Develop and customize lesson plans, materials, and activities that align with client objectives and Berlitz methodology.
• Assess learners' proficiency levels, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their specific industry and communication needs, ensuring relevant and practical training content.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on business communication trends.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluency in English (native or near-native proficiency)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to adults, preferably in a corporate or business setting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of business terminology, practices, and cultural nuances
• Ability to adapt teaching styles and materials to suit diverse learner needs and professional backgrounds
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Business, Education, or a related field
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification
