We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Language School Manager to lead our Mojácar Playa branch. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about language education, student success, and fostering a positive and productive learning environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school management, from academic quality and staff supervision to student welfare and administrative efficiency.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Oversee daily operations of the language school, ensuring high standards of academic quality and customer service.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of language instructors and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement academic programs, curricula, and teaching methodologies in collaboration with the academic team.
• Handle student inquiries, admissions, and welfare, ensuring a positive student experience from enrollment to graduation.
• Manage school budget, resources, and facilities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Organize and supervise extracurricular activities and cultural events to enhance student immersion.
• Promote the school within the local community and contribute to student recruitment efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on school performance, student progress, and operational metrics.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native or near-native fluency in English (C1/C2 CEFR level) is essential.
• Proven experience in an educational management or leadership role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proficiency in Spanish (B2 CEFR level or higher).
• Experience working in an international educational setting.
• Knowledge of current trends in language education.
