Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Contract Administrator to join our project team in L’Escala. In this role, you will be instrumental in the lifecycle management of our contracts, from drafting and negotiation support to compliance and record-keeping. The successful candidate will ensure all contractual obligations are met, mitigating risks and supporting seamless project execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish is NOT required for this role, as our internal working language and documentation will be in English.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Draft, review, and administer a variety of contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and subcontracts.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and finance departments to facilitate contract execution and approvals.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
  • Respond to contractual inquiries and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Prepare contract summaries and reports for management review.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to interpret contractual terms and conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with contract management software (e.g., Salesforce Contracts, SAP Ariba).
  • Familiarity with construction or infrastructure industry contracts.
  • Certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA CFCM, CPCM).
