Are you an exceptional Medical Writer with native English proficiency and a passion for crafting clear, concise, and compelling scientific content? In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of medical communications materials for various therapeutic areas, supporting our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop high-quality scientific and medical content for various deliverables, including clinical study reports, regulatory documents, abstracts, manuscripts, posters, presentations, and training materials.
• Ensure all written materials are accurate, compliant with industry regulations (e.g., ICH GCP), client guidelines, and publication standards.
• Conduct thorough literature searches and synthesize complex scientific data into clear and concise narratives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, clinical development, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and provide expert advice on medical writing strategies.
• Review and edit documents for scientific accuracy, grammar, style, and consistency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, industry trends, and medical writing best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Writer in a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or medical communications agency.
• Bachelor's degree in a life science, pharmacy, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in scientific literature searching and critical appraisal.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Advanced degree (Master's, PharmD, Ph.D.) in a scientific or medical discipline.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic areas, particularly oncology, immunology, or rare diseases.
• Familiarity with medical writing software and content management systems.
• Certification from a professional medical writing association (e.g., EMWA, AMWA).
